Colombia is the second-largest flower exporter in the world, supplying over 60% of the flowers sold in US supermarkets. With the US-Colombia FTA eliminating tariffs, importing Colombian flowers is more accessible than ever.
Why Colombian Flowers?
Colombia’s equatorial climate allows year-round production of premium flowers. Roses, carnations, chrysanthemums, hydrangeas, and tropical varieties are the top exports. Over 85% of cut flowers in US supermarkets are Colombian.
